I’m holding out for Ford to release the new Bronco.
I've been waiting over 10 years since those rumor started floating around. I think the new one is going to be a huge disappointment, sorta like the new Chevy Blazer. I am also waiting to see how the new Defender turns out as well.
Supposedly GM is moving forward with a GMC Jimmy redeux, and unlike the Blazer this one will be a truck based body on frame SUV with a diesel option.

I kinda like it, and hopefully they stick w/a 2 door version. The world needs more 2 door SUV's besides the Jeep.

The two doors SUV looks cool, but the rear seat is a major pain in the ass to access and allow others to access. I would NEVER buy another 2 door SUV.

Anyone considering a Jeep should really take a look at Dave Smith Jeep in Kellogg, Idaho.

I wanted an off-road worthy Grand Cherokee, but I didn’t care for the air suspension, leather, or silly trim stuff that has no real value. My research confirmed that the Laredo E model could be had with an off-road all-weather group that provided the functional and protective bits, including the better transfer case. I absolutely did not want a sunroof.

MSRP was $38k. I was about $28k after rebates. I left happy and highly recommend the dealer. I love the Jeep.
Wow! That's a lot of truck for $28k. I don't like sunroofs or leather interiors, either.

It really is. They don’t discount the Wrangler as much, but they still make solid deals.

I installed some Wet Okole seat covers (front & rear) to make the interior as durable as the drivetrain. The fronts do reduce the feel of seat heaters, but the padding and protection make up for it.

What did you expect from a company who designed planes so bad the pilots purposely crashed them into U.S. Navy ships? :shifty:

I currently have the 2 door Evoque, and it works perfect for me. I can count on one hand the number of people we've tried to squeeze in the back seat of mine. We don't have any kids, so if we need the extra space we take my wife's Explorer.

True. I wouldn't even considered allowing children or young people in my vehicle.. The back seat would be music equipment.
