I agree, but they’d probably have a difficult time bringing something that primitive to market these days with the incredibly strict rules in Europe.
Perhaps. That said, Suzuki has done a great job on the new Jimny, so its possible.
Those look like fun. We don’t get them here, unfortunately.

Proportions on those are so much better than the Panamera. All reports are that they are just brilliant. I have a lot of docs as clients and the 911 used to be the "official car of surgeons".... but that transitioned to the Tesla Model S. I suspect the Taycan will soon be sitting in Physicians driveways everywhere.

Totally agree. Current gen. Panamera looks decent compared to first gen, and Sport Turimo is just plain sexeh! Taycan was pretty easy on the eyes.

I suspect the model S is so popular with surgeons because it is still subtle, but absurdly fast. Anything with a Porsche badge will draw attention. I wasn't familiar with the Taycan until recently. I suspect they will sell well and pave the future for newer performance e-vehicles in the lower cost bracket.

A Jimny was going to be my new car; had my name on the waiting list, then discovered dealerships were selling them for several thousand over list. Turns out Suzuki doesn't want to pay the emissions costs and there'll be no more new ones in the UK, so dealers are taking advantage. Bought my new X-Trail for less than a used new-model Jimny

This earlish 911 I've seen in my local area for the past 15+ years. Lives outdoors and is a daily drive.

I would not leave that outside, but to each his own.
