I like everything about it except the transmission. I don't like CVTs.
I'd only want it with the DCCD/6 speed combo from the STI. Either the old 2.5 EJ or the not yet released 2.4DIT from the next gen STI would be a fine engine.

FYI, the CVT in my wife's 2018 Outback is totally fine/normal.

996TT is a great buy these days. If you can find a relatively low mile example that has had the IMS bearing issue addressed, it’s a great deal and value.

Bulletproof motor, and the last true “widow maker” Porsche made. So fucking powerful.

I miss my 996 C4S. Tuned, full exhaust- she would fly.
