Heading In to The Auto Show
I'm going to the auto show at the Javitt's Center tomorrow to see how the competition stacks up against the Telluride.
Hoping this makes the decision process easier in the Fall.
Never been to an auto show before, 'bout time I went to one.

There is a show in Austin this weekend, and I am guessing these ladies won’t be there

I don't think they'll be in NY either.

Not exactly, but you can't have a car show without trannies.gamecock111 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2019 3:30 pmThere is a show in Austin this weekend, and I am guessing these ladies won’t be there
"Keep Austin Weird", right?

Re: Heading In to The Auto Show
I went to the show to see the Palisade, Highlander and the new Explorer.
Maybe it's because I didn't want to get a Ford, but I wasn't impressed with the Explorer.
The new Highlander was not available and has an anticipated December release.
I was impressed with the Palisade, but the huge grille would take some getting used to.
In comparison to the Telluride, the Palisade seems to have a higher quality interior.
However, I felt the center console design on the Palisade was obtrusive in its swing up to the dash.
Much better design in the Telluride.
Currently, the three contenders are the Telluride, Palisade and Pilot.
The Pilot is the only one that provides the option to get something one or two years old.
Or just get something for fun.

Get a Tahoe or Yukon. I've been looking around myself, and nothing does it for me except these. Love the interior design on the new models.
Probably has something to do with the fact the Yukon I currently have, with 245K miles, has been the best and most dependable vehicle I've ever owned.

Re: Heading In to The Auto Show
The storage behind the third row on the Tahoe is disappointing compared to some of the smaller SUV's.
I may hold on to the Suburban for a few more years.
