Finished a fun project today...

Post by JDC222 » Tue Mar 26, 2019 6:43 pm

I wanted a mini bike to keep in my Westfalia, as a few of my buddies have them. It’s a riot in the campgrounds, to rip around the trails.

It took me a while to locate a “roller”, as I already had a Predator 212cc motor, that my buddy tweaked, with a custom header, air filter kit, governor removed and new gearing.

I took some tartan, from an old kilt and had the seat recovered and added some decals :)

It actually pulls pretty good, even with 225lb me on it!

Should be some good summer fun!

Cool. You should wear the matching kilt when riding it.

I had one of these. We would go so fast the chain would pop off it. Good times for sure.

I think the motor was from my dad's old lawnmower.

Dave, that's an awesome project!

I love it. Especially the seat...

I am sure you will have a lot of fun tearing down the trails...
