Thoughts on IPTV?

Post by Axelay2003 » Sun Oct 28, 2018 6:59 am

http://jc.durextv.xyz/

Here is what one of my friends has to say about this alternate cable option.

——-The help section has all the install instructions for ANY device. We started with a firestick, then a fire TV and upgraded to the nvidia shield a few weeks ago and it is amazing. 8000 channels in 4K or HD depending on your TV. We also have it on all our phones, tablets and iPads. One subscription gives you 2 simultaneous streaming devices but with us it hasn't been a problem. For $15 and every channel ever it's pretty amazing. I would also reccomend using a VPN to cover your ass.——

Does anyone here used this option?
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

I use Mobdro and Terrarium TV, on a MiniX Android Box.

Thoughts on IPTV?

I pay about a hundred bucks a month and I have; top tier Xfinity internet, YouTube TV, Hulu, and Netflix. Annually I have Amazon Prime (mostly for the shopping/shipping). Between all that I get more channels than I know what to do with and I know I’m not in any “grey area” legally.

That's a bad deal. You are stealing there service. This would be the same as downloading illegal shows it sounds like. I had to pay the "man" a few years back because I did this.

Call me a puritan, but my days of stealing entertainment are long behind me.

100%

If you do it, at least admit you're consciously choosing to steal. There is no grey here. That quote even suggested VPN to "cover your ass"...

With cheap Netflix and Amazon Video included in with Prime I don't see the need to do this.

Honestly (pun?) I don’t see this as any different that finding some dudes wallet and not turning it in. Just because you can avoid getting caught doesn’t make it ok.

Don’t be a cheap ass, pay the man.

we're about the same. fios internet, directvnow (with HBO for $5/mo), netflix, amazon prime. covers 99% of what i'd want. the only thing i have to hassle with is local baseball because MASN are dickheads and have no streaming options (unlike the majority of regional sports networks' MLB coverage). so i admit i cheat with a VPN and my MLB account to fake being out of market on my PS4.

YouTube TV gives me plenty of sports, including MLB.

you get local MLB games live on youtube? i haven't seen anything showing that. even MLB network won't show you in market games. they have to have an agreement with the regional sports network that carries those games.

Maybe I’m mistaken. I am in Seattle and I record all the Dodger games.

YouTube TV also gives you six or seven users, each with their own “virtual DVR” with unlimited storage.
Each user can also manage their own channel listing/lineup, so you can put channels in the order you prefer and block any channels you don’t care to see (for me, anything in Spanish and all kids channels). I love it.

I’ve only experienced a couple interruptions; one a couple weeks ago and one when I first signed up a year ago. In both cases they gave a free week without me even asking. The streaming is cable quality IMO, better than Hulu LiveTV or DirectTV that I tried.

I got in when it was $35/mo but I believe it’s $40/mo now. Showtime/HBO are add-ons I do believe, but I get those via Amazon Prime.

We just use an OTA HD antenna with a DVR and have Nextflix and Amazon Prime. I don’t get some sports, but I don’t miss it.

Streaming illegal shit is a waste of time and effort not to mention illegal. Sling, Hulu, Netflix etc are so cheap and legal, it's just a better experience period. Just like having cable at a fraction of the price and far better user experience.

I didn’t know this IPTV thing is illegal. Interesting. It’s too good to be legal I guess.

Same. If you are cheap like me , you can buy Netflix and google play gift cards online to reduce the cost basis under the standard amount, but I see every reason to pay for it.

I can't keep up with all the Netflix content...why would I need more and run the risk of prosecution to get it?
