Me thinks the meek/shy intro is part of her act. Big voice, but mostly screaming IMO.
Yeah, I was thinking the same, re. the act, after seeing the other vids!

I noticed the accent when I watched the AGT video.
Seeing the UK talent show clips now makes me wonder if either (A) the parents shop their kid around to various talent shows, while honing the shy / novice "act" to try to win the prize money or if (B) the show producers pull these "ringers" in, give them the shy act and dress the conservatively, in order to script the big "reveal".
I suspect it is the latter as the shy act and dress is so calculated, it probably took someone with a production background to think it up. Plus, given it is so easy to find her on other talent show recordings, the producers of AGT must have known who they were dealing with.
I have no doubt all of these "unscripted" talent shows are actually highly produced and scripted.

It is kind of a bummer when you think about it. Deciding what acts could be contrived. But there are a few that, well, watch this one on BGT 2018!
