Chris, I have a bad knee also, so I can't run. If you ever get bored of the bike, an elliptical is easy on the joints too. I vary between the elliptical, bike, and walking. I don't think I'd ever walk in Florida though.CGSshorty wrote: ↑Fri Jun 01, 2018 10:57 amA bike is much easier on my knees than running.Ryeguy wrote:Hey Andrea - $160.... just sayin'Seppia wrote: ↑Tue May 29, 2018 4:22 amI wish LOLmikeylacroix wrote:Andrea froning otwSoCal C4S wrote:That’s Rich Froning (CF’s best Games athlete ever), and he is 5’9” based on what Google says.
I would need to exchange 25lbs of fat for 25lbs of muscle and I’d still be far away.
When I was in the single digits body fat I weighed 165lbs
At 205lbs right now
My god do I suck
Don’t suggest walking as a substitute. That’s just dreadful.

We had an elliptical in NY. I got bored of it very quickly.
