Really liked Mindhunter, although in parts the acting itself wasn't great.

Watched 6 Days last night. It's very English, I like Mark Strong and I enjoy reminiscing about England in the 80s. Plus it's a reasonably accurate retelling of the siege of the Iranian embassy. Recommend.

Anyone watching Mindhunter on Netflix? I'm only a few episodes in but it seems good.
I am only a couple episodes in right now, but I am really enjoying it so far. Just started the Punisher as well.

Love watching Shooter episodes on Netflix.

Saw Justice League this weekend. It provides significant Gal Gadot drool time. Other than that it's just another super hero - monster/super villan flic. I think I'm getting tired of super hero style movies, and my tastes are shifting to spy/thriller theme.

Great analogy, I used the Monty Python comparison in describing the series yesterday.

If you like SciFi flicks, you may find "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets" from Luc Besson interesting. It came out on Blu-ray not long ago and I watched it twice on the same night.

That’s the only movie I’ve ever walked out on in a theater.

Thought it was absolutely horrible.

If y‘all haven't seen ‘wind river,’ you’re doing your watching wrong. Dark and engaging.

Took the family (read 7yo) to see Coco the other day. Good flick in the Disney vein of things.

Watched Arrival last week on Amazon. I liked it. Thought provoking on our concept of time similar to Interstellar but way less 'action'.

The foreigner is one of the best of Jackie Chan ever since he shifted his focus to international audiences.

Spotlight.
The true story of how the Boston Globe uncovered the massive scandal of child molestation and cover-up within the local Catholic Archdiocese, shaking the entire Catholic Church to its core.
It is definitely worth a watch. I really enjoyed it. It's on Netflix.

Finally watched 13 Hours last night. What a great movie. I typically don't like Michael Bay films, but this one was intelligent and intense. Well done all around.
