Vol. 1 was better, in my opinion.

Predictable Alien movie but well done.
Some Alien/Prometheus questions finally answered.
Better value on DVD/streaming but couldn't wait.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sweeping in scope.
Great production design & period detail.
Loved the "live-comic" stylized fight scenes.

I enjoyed the movie well enough, though I found it a little too cheesy, and I prefer the superhero movies with a bit more grit. But I understand they wanted the PG-13 rating, so what are you gonna do?

I watched John Wick 2 tonight. I wish I hadn't.

I'm behind on the Wick. Well, my girl and I just watched the first one the other night. Was going to rent the second one this week, I've heard mixed reviews. What didn't you like?

The first one was excellent. This one was just incredibly stupid. The action was non-stop, but not that well done.

Watches 50 shades of grey and the 2'd one, 50 shades darker. Though they were just OK, but let me tell ya got the wife going like a GD slip n slide. Not recommended if single.

On an unrelated note, Gal Gadot is insanely hot.

I'll second that vote for Gal Gadot.

Wonder Woman is a good movie, hot lead or not.

Took the kids to see Cars 3 today.
It was cool to finally see McQueen on the big screen, but I was pretty disappointed with it. Total female empowerment message. Glad I saw it, but I wish they went a different route.

Watched The Accountant last night with Ben Affleck. Grabbed on Redbox, didn't know what it would be like...if you like John Wick you would like this. Even better action and an interesting storyline. My girlfriend and her 19 year old son loved it as well.

That's a favorite in our house. My son has Asperger's so we really relate to Affleck's character (not that we hope he becomes a killing machine).

If you like Key & Peele (and cats), Keanu was hilarious.

I have the dvr set for the Accountant tonight based on the recommendations here.

American Anarchist. It is a documentary about the guy who wrote the The Anarchist Cookbook (William Powell). William was interesting to me, but the guy who was interviewing him was annoying.
