Had a fantastic day with my Dad at the museum. After he was given all clear from prostate cancer last year, I have decided to give "doing" presents so this visit was his Christmas present. I live about 3 hours drive away and make the effort to come down every 4 weeks or so for a lads weekend. My dad is 77 and was like a big kid today. The museum is fantastic with a superb collection of cars. Enjoy some random pics
Engines have grown, overview pics, Russian GAZ, Rolls Royce with V12 Merlin engine, Mini!!!, Classic Brits (we did some good stuff), Rover P6 (used to have one), Triumph Dolomite the original 16 valve, American Muscle and a ton of other stuff

What a great, eclectic mix of cars.

Lovely cars. Ferrari Dino, Lotus Elan, Facel Vega, two Jaguar SKs. TR8 was a bastard compromise. My first love was a 1967 MGB. Bought in 72. Red, red leather, tonneau cover, wire wheels, twin SU carbs, ... the whole works.
