How bout we trade yours for mine. You can have all the cat hair fluffs and I'll take those awful old wrecks off your hands.

Why does everyone want to trade? Keeping 126 years worth of cars on the road is a pain in the ass.

I'd love to drive one, but not so much the upkeep, you are more patient than I would be.

1953 Chevy 210 sedan. Came out of LA originally and has been in Michigan at a restorers garage for the last five years. He got covered up with customer work and he stripped all the paint and put it in Epoxy primer and that's it. Near as I can tell the engine and transmission are original to the car. The interior is really really good and hopefully won't require any additional work.

My immediate plans are a dual pot master cylinder and disc brakes upfront. I'm gonna redo 100% of the hard lines and rubber lines so that it least it will stop. Then, engine and transmission. Then we'll see.

Didn't they come with a I-6? So many possibilities with that car but you'd probably kill me if you know what I'd do :shifty:

Nah. It's gonna get brakes and a light drivetrain overhaul to start with. Then I don't know.

My 51' had the integrated boom tube drive shaft so if I dropped another motor and trans in it then I would have to change out the rear end also. Glad you don't have the slip-and-slide powerglide in it.
