Hate stuff like this where they just make it up as you go along.
Based on a set of 5 books written by George R. R. Martin. Two more books are planned and this season is based on the outline of one of those two books. Books were actually very critically acclaimed.

yea last nights episode was AWESOME. Is Jaime dead is the big question.
Clearly not dead. The only question is if he is going to turn on his sister/lover.

A couple of years ago there was an SNL sketch where 'george' forced to co-write with a 15 year old kid who keeps making him add stupid crap to every other scene. I thought they nailed it

The way the series is not afraid to kill major characters I'm not convinced yet.

True, but why have someone save him in the water and not have him just fade into ash. I suppose it makes a cliffhanger.

Love it. The battle in last night's episode was epic. Hot queen flying her dragon and roasting people. Damn.
I think Jamie will survive. For a short while anyway.
cheers,
Keith

For the amount of time Jon snow spent in the caves...he probably drew the white walkers himself.
Also probably deciding if ygritte will let him take someone else into a cave

I think Dany will have Drogon fish him out of the water and he ends up as her captive. Sets the stage then for him to realize she's a good leader and his sister is batshit crazy. Maybe.

Great episode. The sword fight between Brienne and Arya was great.
Jamie will survive. I mean, if he was supposed to die, a good roasting would have been the best way.

I think this is not far off. He was clearly realized he cannot beat the dragons and he was becoming pretty disgusted about the things he had to do for his sister. He also recently realized it was not his brother who poisoned his son.

Question: Are you guys rooting for someone in this show?
Other than liking the Jon Snow and Arya characters, I can't pick a side, and I actually like that. I was honestly hoping that the iron arrow would hit Drogon (it did), so that Dany would realized she's not all powerful. Not that I'm rooting for Cersei (she's a bitch), but I like not being able to find a clear winner.

Rooting for Jon Snow for sure. Dany's character seems like a decent leader compared to the other options over the course of the series.

Only characters I've consistently rooted for are Arya and Tyrion.

I agree. And now he knows his brother didn't kill his horrible son. I think that's a good bet actually.
I'm routing for the Hound. He's the only good guy in the whole show.

Maybe he'll get to kill(?) his brother.

I suspect so. Hopefully he sets him on fire.

As an Italian guy you should watch Rome. Indira Varma was perfect in that show.
Missandei looks just like my wife's sister.

This is definitely something that needs to be investigated further
Sadly, she got a "pixie" haircut and went from this:

The strange thing is that she's not black at all. My wife is as white as can be, but her sister couldn't be more sephardic looking.

You're saying this just to get us off your back.
No, sadly it's true. I'd go into it if this were in the RR.
