Here lies the body of Mary McGee,
Died at the age of a hundred and three,
For fifteen years, she kept her virginity…...Not a bad record for this vicinity.

I think this is the best dial color for this watch. I didn't love this iteration of the AT until seeing it with the silver dial. Looks great on that **** strap too.

Hey Jack, nice to see you here. Is that yours, or in for service? Very cool watch, I've never seen one come up for sale anywhere, ever.

I think there was one on recon a few years back for multiple tens of thousands of dollars.

Super cool and rare piece.

If I recall he has had this one for a while. It is one of the few that are still around.

Hi,
Thanks for the welcome. I haven't been very active on any forums for a few years now but a friend sent me the link to "mandatory viewing" post and it was hilarious!

Yes, this is my watch. I was lucky enough to procure it about a year and half ago from the original owner. It was first in my shop is 2008 for some work and again in 2014.

They are indeed very rare, only 1000 were made and the known extant examples are probably fewer than 100.

Two recent auctions prices last year were $65,000 and $108,000

Enjoy.

Isn't this the one you got since you repaired another one he had? Or something like that. I remember talking to you about it a while back.

Yes, I did post it for sale last year I think on MWR and Timezone. I haven't really been actively trying to sell it at this point.

The right buyer will reach out sooner or later..........at least that's my hope!
