Are you back in the Philippines for good now?

Almost, I have to return to the states in October to tie up some loose ends, then permanent. I'll be having the new house built on this trip.

How’s the house hunting going?

We put in an offer this week on a house that’s not yet on the market. They are going to look at a new place next week and will let us know. It’s 2000 sf, on 1.24 acres, but between two peach farms, has a separate shop for our small business, and an RV shed. We’re starting to clean out drawers and closets because we need to anyway, and meeting with our local realtor Sunday to she what repairs she recommends to sell quickly. I’m thinking refinishing the hardwood floors and finishing converting the hollow panel doors to six panel solids wood doors.
