WRUW SATURDAY 2/6

Post by deepcdvr » Sat Feb 06, 2021 6:10 am

You people sleeping in?? Go out and get some exercise!!

Just got this from Mark - first brand new automatic watch I’ve ever owned

Breitling is a very underrated brand by the WIS crowd in my opinion. I’ve had many of them over the years and always found the quality to be outstanding - everything is perfect.

The Colt is especially nice because it’s nowhere near as blingy as others and it’s less than 12mm thick.

This is the 44 version and they also offer a 41. The smaller one would probably be a more versatile watch on bracelet, but I plan on swapping out with a NATO and like the larger dial..

I love it. I paused because so many reviews talked about the thickness, but it wears great. What I didn't realize is that unlike the traditional 41mm Black Bay, the GMT's midcase has a bevel running across the bottom so it looks and wears much thinner.Image
