I totally agree with this, not a huge TI fan (at least the soft grade) and also not a fan of that BB. I will differ slightly and say go with a different BB..JP Chestnut wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 9:47 amI don’t like watches that use a soft grade of TI. They don’t hold up at all. I also don’t like that BB. I’d skip both and go with a 2254.

I would just buy them both I did but the vintage verity out of the two the Tudor held it's value more than the Omega 50 years down the road.
Re: I like them both, but...
I’d be curious if anyone every put a black bezel insert on the Ti Seamaster. I think it would look pretty good.

The Omega feels ever so slightly dated to me and I mean just barely. There’s something to the rounding to the case and bezel that evokes a bit of a 90’s watch vibe, but it’s still a beautiful well styled watch. The Tudor feels more classically styled to me and would be my choice even though I know the Omega would fit me better. I still can’t help but think if I had bought one of these or the 2254 back when I bought the original Bond SMP 2531.80 that I might have kept it. The blue with the skeleton hands wasn’t my jam after all.

I also feel the scalloped bezel has a bit of a 90's vibe to it. I find the titanium brushed version is less prominent than on the 2254 that I have owned. The real attraction to me with these older Seamasters are how thin they are. They work well under a shirt cuff which is uncommon with most dive watches. I've got a Tudor Hydronaut that is 11mm and works well under a cuffTorrid wrote: ↑Thu Feb 04, 2021 11:34 amThe Omega feels ever so slightly dated to me and I mean just barely.
