Good luck, my brother in law specializes in Mohs surgery.

My wife works in Derm as well. Every Tuesday she assist in Mohs so I’m well versed on the horror of it.

Mine is lower neck right at my chest. It gets 70 spf when I'm at the pool or beach. The rest of me gets 30 spf now.
