Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving everyone. As crazy as things are right now, we have much to be thankful for.

I've had my eye on this one for a long time, anything you don't like about it? I always loved the white wave dial on the great white but I don't find the gmt to be as useful of a complication to me as a rotating dive bezel in my day to day life. So when I saw them come out with this it really grabbed my attention.
I love it. The black is jet black, and the white is a brilliant white. The contrast is stunning. I initially disliked this new version of the wave dial when it first came out, but on the white dial it really pops. It’s not a small watch, I would say it wears at least as big as the dimensions suggest. Knock on wood, I think this is a long-term keeper for me.

Here’s another shot in direct sunlight.

Oh yeah that's so nice

The last nice diver I had was a pelagos LHD, so I don't think the size would bother me, I have a 7.5" wrist and prefer watches on the larger size anyway.

I was thinking of getting back in to a pelagos, but I was kind of waiting to see if they make any changes to it, hoping that maybe they put the new movement in it and slim it down a bit. I liked the overall size but it just seemed to be a little needlessly thick in the case back.

I think I would like the way the omega adjustable clasp functions a little more than the pelagos one too. However, I kind of prefer the style of bracelet on the pelagos and don't mind the titanium.

Decisions decisions, I will probably just stick with my shitters a little while longer and hopefully one day have an epiphany

Keeping it simple on a travel/Mtn biking day.

Still wearing this a lot. Hooked on keeping an activity/exercise streak going.

Happy Thanksgiving DWC!

Get one soon. I noticed there are less of them in the used market.
