Polished version is up. I caved and pulled the trigger.

Nice. The polished version is more consistent with the original Blancpain / Squale model from the old days.

So tempted. Wished it was brushed but great size at 42, clean dial(no silly fish) and case side.
Anyone knows of a coupon code for Gnomon

Hop, you know how there is the topic where every once in a while we are
asked to choose that one watch? Or watch that we might like to take with
us to that desolate deserted island?! :excited:  Well this would definitely be a
top contender don't you think? 8-) :) I mean the style is timeless, and just
awesome all at once, and it really pays tribute to the classic perfectly. Plus
this new version is limited too which adds to the wow factor it has.

Incredible how no matter what strap it is on it looks great as well sir !
See, that way it makes having just this one watch on the island much
easier. Keep on enjoying Hoppy ! ..A GIGANTIC congrats 2 U !!!

Love the design, orange markers, orange color on min hand and on the tip of the seconds hand. Love the appearance but I cannot chew the plain bezel. It does blend in but ...

Yea I have been waiting on the right combo. Obviously I love the Blancpain but that's never gunna happen.

I didn't like the really orange marker versions, and was not partial to a blasted finish.

This version ticks most of the boxes for me - polished, white(ish) markers, no SQUALE carved into the side case.

The best version IMO was the Amsterdam Watch co LE, but I missed out on those, and the price was too high for me.
