Trying out the uncle Seiko waffle. It is softer and more flexible than the US tropic but also thinner. I wish it was thicker in the lug area aesthetically.

Please post up some pics and your thoughts of the Tropic once you get it. Now that the ends are rounded (like the Zodiac version) I'm temped to try them as well.

Makes me think of that scene where Hooper, Brody, and Quint are sitting around the table at dusk comparing scars and Quint tells the story of the USS Indianapolis. Chilling. Great movie and cool watch.
