I hate these last minute government proposals. They need to commit money before Sept 30 (end of the fiscal year) and the scope of work they send to bidders is so broad the bids are apples to oranges because we all interprete them differently. Frustrating is too gentle of a word. More like infuriating.

I picked up the thicker 2-piece Eulit perlon, called the Palma, in the “long” size (92 x 130). It’s ideal for the heavier cases like the Doxa, giving it nice support and balance.

Still smoky here.
