TAG Heuer's 'Tortoise Shell Effect' Aquaracer

Post by AtomicTom » Mon Jul 27, 2020 10:42 am

Not sure if you guys already saw TAG Heuer's Aquaracer 43mm Calibre 5
Automatic with ‘Tortoise Shell Effect’ bezel.

There is a black dial version with brown tortoise shell effect bezel,
and then a blue dial model with blue tortoise shell effect bezel. Both
with 43mm stainless steel cases, flat sapphire crystals, and 300M
WR. Then you also have the Calibre 5 automatic, plus classy rubber
strap with alligator pattern strap also.

Just a few pics...

I kinda love these. Especially the blue one. Thanks for throwing them out there Tom!

The tortoise shell effect is actually quite cool, not sure it suits the Aquaracer though

I'm with you guys !! :) :) They are very different, and seem incredibly cool. 8-) 8-)
Plus, you can imagine the tortoise shell effect has to be fascinating in person.
But I bet, it's still very subtle, and maybe a detail that would only reveal itself
to someone looking down at it on the wrist.

Just am glad you both enjoyed these so much. Thank YOU for your two cents !!

43mm, clasp & decent looking watches for the $. Nice one Tom.
Strength is = 2 or > than "tipping over a so- called smart car plastered in “Coexist” bumper stickers".

each day you look at them !! Would even be great if they added more variations. :)
