I’ve never been much of a bronze fan, but that is fantastic.BacoNoir wrote:

Thanks hoppy. I always wanted a blue snowflake, but never pulled the trigger before they 1) became stupid expensive and 2) seemed to be popping up "unpolished" yet in beautiful condition constantly - seem to recall some guy in HK might have been piecing together snowflakes. This scratched that itch without worrying about buying some Franken-snowflake.
When I saw this Bucherer edition release I loved it. Then Bucherer bought Tourneau, so I called the Las Vegas shop and they said no - still a EU only edition. I ended up having a friend heading to London, so I contacted a friend in England who called around and found me on, wired the money and had my friend pick it up for me. The Cu-Al bronze allow they used patinia's slowly and more evenly than other allows. I think they did a great job with it.

I enjoy the simple things... like a good local brew, a new pair of Vans and a Seiko turdle (seriously tho, the bezel insert on this beauty is fantastic)
