Yes, it’s a lot of watch for the money. Congrats on picking one up.

Domed crystal makes a huge difference (for the better) and couldn’t ask for a nicer caseback.

Very nice, love the distortion of the crystal edge.

Boy oh boy, that really does look amazing Andy, and it's one of those
watches that seems to have so many highlights it's incredible. :o

That domed hesalite crystal is definitely one, and helps give the
watch such personality. But so does the combination of the terrific
dial, and bezel, and the markings. Then the case-back is the cherry
on top. It's pretty spectacular ! :)

Hope you are really enjoying Andy. ..Huge congrats here sir !!!

I used to own a PH200M re-issue and I've noticed some great prices on pre-owned ones lately. I was concerned about the NEX Scratchguard scratch resistant coating on the hesalite crystal. Knowing that the polishing the scratch resistant coating on the acrylic crystals of Max Bill watches would irreparably damage the crystal, I emailed the folks at Certina/Swatch and it took a while to get a definitive answer, but they finally told me that it was OK to polish the crystal with Polywatch. The Scratchguard coating did a good job, though, and I never had an opportunity to use Polywatch.
No, it's not Tourettes.
