The editing of that must have been done by someone with ADD. I swear she can't get through a full sentence without some splice to another clip.

I don’t mind some of her videos, but I will never click on overt clickbait like that simply out of principle. Hahaha
Re: 3 Watches That Are CHEAPER and BETTER Than A ROLEX! | Jenni Elle
I barely like hearing myself talk about watches out loud. Let alone a YouTuber.
Maybe I’m alone in my principles.

That’s what people like these days. Many product videos and reviews etc are done like this. That’s the youtube way, and all the populist channels are pretty much the same.gonzomantis wrote:The editing of that must have been done by someone with ADD. Got 1 min into this, all the little pic grabs I got her point.

I’ve seen worse, not a bad video actually
Most I’ve seen are the typical nasally sounding dude with hands on the table POV and some infantile chachkis laying around the table

More skin, less talk.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

I can’t make myself care what any woman thinks about men’s watches. It’s as relevant as my opinion on women’s purses.
Sexist? Probably, but I own it.

I don’t watch watch YouTube much and usually only when I need to fix something.
I made it to the part where she claims she gets asked what watch is comparable to Rolex....
Please tell me watch guys don’t actually go to her for advise.

I think it looks as though she talked through in one take and then edited out all the mistakes / fillers and bits she didn't want But then, I don't really watch reviews or anything on yt that's longer than a minute or so (maybe I'm ADD)toxicavenger wrote: ↑Thu May 07, 2020 5:31 pmholy shit how many cuts/edits did they make when putting this video together?

Can’t say I’m with you on that one.
But I know you’re always going for the effect.

Nah. Disagreement is fine. A woman can talk about what she likes in a watch, which I care as little about as anyone else’s opinion. However, the second a women throws on a man’s watch she’s making a fashion statement that makes her experience with the watch totally orthogonal to mine.
I’m happy to hear about technical aspects, or maybe even design - but a holistic opinion about the wear and use of a men’s watch? Not interested. Her metrics don’t align with mine.
