Binged the new season of Bosch in a little over 24 hours.

Great show and highly recommended.

Damn! I just don’t get binge watching. I like to enjoy it over time. I’ve been wanting to start the new Bosch but we are trying to finish the ranch on Netflix and I like to watch Chicago Pd when it comes out too.
I’m opposite in the extreme - drives my wife nuts. She wanted to finish the ranch when it came out, but I kept saying I wasn’t in the mood. I’ve actually held off for over a year to finish a series because I didn’t want to see it end.
*i still can’t finish dexter. It’s one of my favorite shoes ever. I’m in the middle of the last season. I know I have problems.

On season 2 of Westworld and will watch episode 3 today. Not bad, but I'm definitely not enjoying it as much as GoT.

Today would have been the day my son went in for a surgery consultation.

I’d like to get my son’s surgery behind him... It would be done in a very quaint/private operating room within the pediatric center nobody frequents aside of medical professionals. I would know because this will be his third. The risk of picking up groceries would be ten-fold. Speaking of which, there’s still a lot of people out and about.

Majority of hospitals running at 50% census this whole time. Fully capable PAs and Nurses in specialized fields are out of work BUT Newsom wants every swinging dick volunteer out of retirement to face this overwhelming pandemic head-on, and he’ll even fast-track and cover momentary certs/licensing! Causality collection points (e.g. sleep train arena where the Sacramento Kings used to play) EMPTY.

No wall to wall with patients. No morgue is so full they have to stack body bags in janitor's closets.

This whole pandemic is absurd.

I’m talking about nation wide with the exception of a couple spots. These are the facts we aren’t hearing.
Elective surgery has been cancelled expect for a few pocketed areas. It’s a bummer, but I think that it’s for the best. Operating rooms are going to start opening back up within the next few weeks in parts of the country.
In the NE, it looks like it’s going to take a little longer. I know of a few hospitals that turned their ORs into ICUs.

This thread is doing really well and its great to see all the posts. Looks like most of us are surviving well enough and cracking on with stuff.
We have just finished hanging the last few pics up the stairwell, we have had pictures laying around for years. It's so nice to get it done and see all the reminder of our travels...

And a horrible reminder we can't go anywhere!!! ImageImage

Gave up halfway through tonight’s episode; better options than this to watch.

That’s actually pretty good for a poodle cut.
Looks pretty close to my goldendoodle when he gets his shave.

I couldn't get through the first season. I'm not sure why. It strikes me as something that I'd enjoy. I think I just wasn't in the mood for another "mystery" with a bunch of red herrings and dead ends that drags on for multiple episodes.

The only proper way to ride this moped is to be waving a cowboy hat over your head like Slim Pickens in "Dr. Strangelove".

I had a GF who got on top of me while driving down the highway of my Jeep Cherokee and was trying to ride... extremely difficult and not for beginners.
