Miyota kills any watch for me. I don’t like the sound or feel of that movement and have only had mediocre timekeeping results personally.

Humm... I think it is an excellent choice, I have a lot of black dials so I was more thinking of the blue dial. but I think you are right the black dial with the black rehaut and the black inlay bezel is a better match :) Thanks a lot ;)

Funny, I’ve only owned two Miyota and they both had excellent timekeeping
Noisy though
Thanks the info, you are not the only one mentioning that the Miyota is quite noisy, I am currently having only ETA movement, it will be my first Miyota, so I hope it is not too much noisy ;)

I don't know. I feel that the chapter ring ruins the watch.

Haha, you are right, I might order 2, as impossible to decide between the black or the blue

I think with the heavier diver case you should be OK. My Miyota experiences have only been in "field" style watches which I'd assume are lighter and thinner.

In those thinner / lighter cases (in my experiences) the Miyota is loud and the one-way winding rotor makes it wobble on the wrist when you move a certain way (kind of like a 7750).

Nice.....really like the case and screwed bracelet. Great quality and choices from Clemens, as usual.

The blue dial looks super, except there needs to be a blue chapter ring as well.

Maybe, I had similar concerns about the chapter ring of the Bell Diver; but it looks fine in person.

Guess I'll find out for sure this summer.

Wish he’d get a matte dial. The polished logo looks like cheap plastic in the metal. Both watches I had of his had extremely long L2L.

Nevertheless they do seem well built and not overpriced for what you get.

It has to be ridiculously tough making a decision Rafy, and to tell the truth,
either one will be the right choice.

The black is nice, and classic, and the blue is just fantastic too, and both
look amazing with the silver, and gold accents. Wow, both of them rock ! :headbang:
Will be fun seeing these when they come in. Thanks a lot for the news !!!

a lot of watch for the money... I would go no date for sure and probably black dial due to black chapter ring.

Seems like a winner..

Why wouldn't they offer alternatives for chapter ring? I mean, it is a cheap part and may influence more buyers to get in on the deal.
