Re: WRUW ### 02 06 20 ###
Why is it the cheap ones are those that bring me the most joy?

Funny how you can re-fall in love with a watch you’ve had for years.

Thanks! Newish. Since the original 37mm release, Rado came out with several 42mm one. This is the grey one with the white (not aged) lume. This is the only one (I think) that is all brushed, the rest are polished.
I think Revolution just released a special edition "Ghost Captain" but I am pretty sure it is identical to this one.

Wasn’t the initial release either 37mm or 45mm? Glad they finally got it right.

Yep, the started at 37mm, went to 45mm and then to 42mm. Feels great on the wrist. The only thing I don't like is the 21mm lug width. I think I might pick up a 21mm nato or two (or maybe just squeeze a 22mm in there). I have never owned an odd lug width before so we'll see.
Re: WRUW ### 02 06 20 ###
I got a chance to try on the 37mm when it was released, and I was surprised at how much I really liked the watch outside of the size. 42 sounds perfect... might be worth another look!GregBe wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 2:54 pmYep, the started at 37mm, went to 45mm and then to 42mm. Damn, that thing looks stunning! Any chance of a profile shot of it to see how it sits on the wrist?Cabaiguan wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:56 amNew one today. Helson Skindiver. Had been looking for one last year but were not in stock. When I saw they were back in, I couldn’t resist.
Honestly, I love it! The value is off the charts. Feels solid and looks great...all for under $700. Can’t beat that.
