What to buy for your 50th?

Post by unixshrk » Wed Jan 15, 2020 5:33 pm

So I’ve done a lot of thinking, and talked to a handful of you on here the past couple weeks. As someone who flipped a lot of watches in the past, I wanted something I wouldn’t sell.
I’m still hunting a good deal on an Apollo 8, but not in a rush.

I haven’t bought a brand new watch in ages so I went with the original moon watch and ordered one.
Ridiculously over boxed, it arrived today. I’ll wear it Friday.

Cheers!

Nice, but I thought it was a question.

The correct answer was “hookers & blow”

50th birthday or 50th watch? ;)

Excellent choice either way, congrats!

Good choice.

A Speedy Pro (or vintage Speedy) is something well worth having in your collection.
