Not sure if you guys have had time to see Marathon's Medium Diver's quartz
with White Dial already.

The watch is already getting nicknames like Arctic MSAR, and Ghostbuster from
A Blog To Watch, and looks to be the company's first white dial model.

With just a few of the many other details looking to include a 36mm stainless
steel case, 300 meter water resistance, an AR coated sapphire crystal, uni-
directional rotating diver's bezel, white dial with tritium tubes, and black hands,
and numbers, stainless steel bracelet, or rubber strap, and ETA F06.111 quartz
movement.

Just a few pics everyone...

I normally like white faced watches, but the dial with the yellowish markers doesn't look right to me.

I like that Marathon is branching out with a white dial but I’m not a fan of the Marathon symbol.

they need to come out with a newer design that is easier to wear.

How about go back to the early 90’s

I agree with Ben, this is one they should produce again. I always loved this model. The asymmetrical case was always an attractive feature for me.

Not really a fan of white dials either but that is totally personal opinion and taste.

I've owned the SAR twice - sold both times because it was too thick and top heavy, but love the look.

This one is still thick and smaller so I can’t imagine it will wear any better.

This one seems like a love it, or hate it model so far. Right guys?!

Honestly think it's a nice change up, but can see why not everyone is on
board with the new dials. I mean the black is outstanding, and really is
perfect. But I actually like the white dial. ..It's still seems easy to read,
and just reverses the contrasts instead.

Nevertheless, it would be fantastic if they re-made that older 90's
Benrus style once again with any kind of dial Ben, and Terry !! :)

It's a very nice watch, I think just much better looking with a black dial.

I'm sure that tall bezel was made for purpose - to be easily gripped by someone wearing gloves. That tallness however doesn't work as well in the office of home environ where the height is more of an annoyance than benefit. To me, a low profile is do much better. It's a big reason why the G-square spends so much time on my wrist, much more than the Gulfmaster or any of my divers.
