Bracelet

Post by andrema » Thu Aug 01, 2019 6:28 am

Okay...I know this has been covered before, but not by me :) :salute:

I picked up a Supermarine S500 about a month ago on rubber strap and am thinking of getting a bracelet for it. I wanted to get the thoughts from you fine folks regarding the bracelet and whether it is worth it. Here are a few questions/thoughts:

- Is it a comfortable bracelet and worth purchasing as an option for swapping over from time to time?
- How is the fit? It doesn't appear to have micro-adjustments, so how is the fit?
- Does the bracelet come with half links or would I need to order/buy one? It appears that there are no micro adjustments, so I would imagine that one probably would be needed.
- I see two versions on Bremont's website - totally brushed and dual-tone. Has anyone ever seen one on the dual tone? https://us.bremont.com/collections/stra ... less-steel

- DOES ANYONE HAVE ONE THEY WANT TO SELL? :)

Mark, seriously sounds like a terrific idea in picking one up ! :excited:

Of course don't have any experience with Bremont. But just seeing, and hearing
about their watches over the years makes me think that the bracelets have to be
great. ..They have to be top notch in comfort, and fit, and finish !

Am unable to see the ones in the link above, but can imagine either one would
be the perfect choice. :)

I bought one on Tom's advice. Actually out of the UK with a 10% off code...a good deal actually, as compared to the US pricing (around $200 less)
