That is Omega's policy. They think that the hands when removed can not be installed tightly enough after the service. Which is not the case. But that is what they believe.

I agree.
I was sitting next to their COO at dinner and it was great to hear more about the brand and work that goes into designing and building their movements.
I don’t love all their watches as some design are just not for me but I really appreciate their mvt and some of the beautiful dials. I want the blue 8 day.
