New Arrival - Sangin Neptune
New Arrival - Sangin Neptune
Decided to give one of these a try. I like to support veteran businesses when I can, for a lot of reasons, not the least of which is that my son is serving. It arrived while I was away for the weekend so this is the first time putting it one. The size is 40 mm which fits my 7" wrists about perfect. It comes with two black Nato's, one black hardware and the other silver. It also comes with an Isofrane like dive strap. I immediately put it on a Watch Steward strap. The 20 mm straps I picked up from The Watch Steward are the thinner material which do not work well with my Resco which is a bit top heavy. The Neptune is pretty light and not as thick so works nicely with the thinner strap. Overall, looks and feels good. The bezel has very little play, a little easier to turn than I prefer but not an issue since I am not likely to be diving anytime soon. It has holes for the spring bars which I like since I do a lot of strap changes. Anyway, thought I would post it up in case anyone is interested.

Very nice...

Thanks. I have to see, it's a pretty comfortable watch to wear with a Nato and the Watch Steward strap. So far, not bad for $700.

Very nice Mike, and you know, not sure have heard of this brand to tell the
truth, so thanks very much too ! ..What's great is these give you an overall
classic dive watch feel, but with the coolest of subtle new details. Like the
way the markings are on the bezel, or chapter ring, and dial depth, and also
design.
Even the hands, accented second hand, crown, straps, and packaging
are exceptional ! Holy cow, enjoy this, and HUGE congrats here !!!

I haven't seen their previous two releases to compare in terms of fit and finish but this one is certainly up there with other micro's I've owned.
