Rob At Topper's - A Class Act

Post by mattcantwin » Sat Apr 06, 2019 9:45 am

A member at WUS posted about an issue he had with a watch ordered at Topper's.

The responses were a mix of other members' great experiences with Topper's and concern for the OP's stated issue.

What is worth noting (and not a surprise), is Rob's polite and concerned response to the OP in the thread.

Rob continues to impress.

Probably another attention seeking F-Tard that could have just contacted Rob and resolved his issue on that level....

Rob's response is what makes him such a great guy and AD. Sh*t happens and sometimes a mistake is made but it's how you handle it. If the OP picked up the phone and called Topper he would have realized that and could of posted about a positive experience instead of the small rant crap he chose to post.
