So, no new pics yet since I need to size the bracelet, but here is a pic of its predecessor from a year or so ago. I traded the first gen DSSD D Blue early last year even though it probably got the most non-work wear in my collection, mainly because I knew I would want the newer version with 22mm lugs and different bracelet at some point. I eventually ended up with the SD43, which I still love but it never really took the place of the D Blue.

After checking out the Basel releases and seeing nothing that interests me, I decided to jump back in the deep with the second gen D Blue in time for warmer weather. Still waiting for RubberB or Everest to come up with a rubber option for this second gen version with 22mm lugs, but with this one in hand I think I am done for a while since the watchbox is (over) full and I have been unable to pull the trigger on letting anything go to make room for anything else. And, famous last words, the only thing I have any real interest in right now is the new Omega SMP in blue, which I know will be around for a while.
