It's all yours.
You'll need a Mr. T started kit of gold neck chains to go with it, so be sure to take that into the budget consideration unless you already have them.

Embrace colors!!!!!
It's probably the Cuban heritage, but I've always liked a gold Sub... and this Speedy is the shit!

Interesting historical piece. I can definitely see where they are going now with the 50th Anniversary, even though a rootbeer Speedy isn't on my list. Nice movement upgrade if this 3861 goes into the regular production line.

I wonder if this is going to be Omega's only Apollo 11 LE or if they're going to also do something in the more affordable range (which would still be crazy expensive, I'm sure).
It's a good looking watch, but I don't think I can pull off yellow gold, even if I could afford it.

I think (OK, hope) they'll do another SS anniversary. Hopefully a 105.012 reissue. Maybe it'll be announced soon, perhaps next week.JBZ wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 9:48 amI wonder if this is going to be Omega's only Apollo 11 LE or if they're going to also do something in the more affordable range (which would still be crazy expensive, I'm sure).

The end link design is a really nice touch. I hope that Omega rolls that out to the regular SS line - the regular end links stick out too much.

That looks like it’s a reference 1479 bracelet just in gold. Very comfortable, probably my favorite Omega bracelet for the Speedy.JP Chestnut wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 5:10 pmThe end link design is a really nice touch. Is that an SEL bracelet? A modern version with the adjustable claps would be awesome.Nellipj wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 6:31 pmThat looks like it’s a reference 1479 bracelet just in gold. The 1479 was not. I would think this gold version would be SEL. An adjustable clasp would be great for this bracelet.JP Chestnut wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 7:54 pmIs that an SEL bracelet? I would bet you're right. Otherwise Omega is just leaving money on the table.dukerules wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 3:42 pmI think (OK, hope) they'll do another SS anniversary. That's an awesome looking back shot. Hopefully they make this bracelet in SS with the adjustable clasp. I'd add it to my Speedmaster.Nellipj wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 8:04 pmEdit: pictures look to be SELJP Chestnut wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 7:54 pmIs that an SEL bracelet? Our watchmaker tells me the next one out will be a PM with the 321 and priced somewhere north of $10k (this coming from his connection at the OB)dukerules wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 3:42 pmI think (OK, hope) they'll do another SS anniversary.
