I’m not sure what I did to deserve this but I received this awesome gift from Eric today. A while back, he had mentioned a special VW cap lifter project that he had in the works. I was totally stoked when I opened up the box and found this anodized cap lifter, with a VW bead and a huge selection of paracord to choose from!!

It is here too but traditional knife guys often refer to it as a caplifter to denote a bottle opener as part of a blade or a dedicated bottle opener in a multi-tool/blade knife, such as a SAK or other traditional slipjoint knife.

If I were at a party and asked for a cap lifter I’d get confused looks. :grin:
