Ok I figured it out.

Instead of “copy link” I used the “copy post link”.

The difference? Absolutely no clue but it worked.

No problem, I follow it now. I just find it’s quicker to use the app and paste into the post that way. Im glad there is multiple ways to do it.

It seems like a lot of the feedback is not to disable. I will also probably post less and be less engaged without Tapatalk, even though I’m not a big fan of some of the issues. It is easier to see multiple forums and post pics via the app. Just my worthless 2 cents.

Tapatalk is how I post pic’s from my phone. Actually, I only use it to post pics as I find the browser user experience better than Tapatalk’s. It was nearly always a two step process for me before - Tapatalk then edit the post in the browser.

I’ve not tried imgur, but I might give it a shot over the weekend. Open cockpit day tomorrow at the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island, so I’ll have some sample pics to try to post.

While I’m sure we will all adapt, the convenience of Tapatalk far outweighs the problems for me. I would much prefer it stay an option.

Surfing the threads on mobile isn’t that bad- but it’s not as organized as tapatalk has spoiled us.
But the bigger problem- now posting pics is a two step process. Almost like what’s the point unless you’re really trying for a sales thread. Tapatalk makes images easy to post by using a simple snap and post it method.
