Sinn rubber straps on other watches?
Posting this here for a bit more exposure... I've always liked the look of Sinn's fitted rubber straps, and I know some guys have worn them on Marathon JSARs, but wondered if they fit well on other watches too? TIA.
These are the type I mean just to be clear/in case they make different styles:

They fit Damasko DC66/67 like they were made for it. I’ll try to find a photo of my old one.

Good stuff, thanks. Cesar I don't know what you did there but it looks cool.
Anyone ever tried one on a turdle?

I would be interested to find out if it fits a titanium Breitling Seawolf.... now nothing about Sinn, not even if these straps come in 22mm.

It was a great setup. I used two unbranded halves so there was no Sinn logo on the rubber.

It's all about spring bar hole placement and case height.
For example, I tried an inexpensive replacement fitted strap designed for an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 45mm (22mm lugs) on my Alpina without success. The Omega and Alpina lugs, while visually similar, have different spring bar hole placement and the Omega case is thicker by a few mm's, making the ledge on the bottom of the strap (which keeps the fitted ends against the case) not work properly.
I wasn't sure, so I only spent $40 on the cheap eBay strap. I'd want to do some test fitting at a GTG or something before I spent real money on a decent strap.
It would be an interesting data collection exercise to create a listing of which fitted straps fit on which other models. Something along the lines of Sinn straps also fit X,Y, and Z, Crafter Blue Tudor Pelagos straps also fit X, Y, and Z, etc.
Unfortunately, it is trial and error which is an expensive way to experiment.

Bumping this old thread b/c I just heard the U50 strap fits the new Certina PH1000M case like a glove.
I don’t have a U50 to prove this, but it seems reasonable given the pliability of silicone and the similar case size.

The Damasko is back in my collection and I’m thinking about doing this again. It was a perfect setup.

I kept the strap when I sold my U2. I’ve rocked it on a bunch of seikos. My kid has it on one of his right now. Sinn rubber is the shiznit.
