So you stuff it back in the pants, Zip, get the lotion and tissues off your lap and put the watch on your wrist because you know that MF will be wound tight as possible when you’re done.
Anyone else do this? Asking for friends.

If I'm selling a multi thousand dollar watch, then sure, we'll get into a little more detail. A $250. Seiko - not so much. Just an asshole that way.JP Chestnut wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 5:20 pmI don't know what "exact" means, but I'd put you straight on the "asshole list" if you threw me attitude about providing a current daily deviation when I'm buying a multi thousand dollar watch. In fact, it seems pretty poor form for a "for sale" thread not to include that information - assuming they don't offer the option to return for any reason within a few days.5661nicholas wrote: ↑Thu Feb 14, 2019 1:40 pmI feel I do a pretty good job with pics and descriptions. If I get the "can you provide exact timekeeping data and a better description on the condition?" I'm out.

The best are the international tire kickers with zero post count acting like you owe them something.
Have traded my last few bigger pieces through Topper or Govberg and lost a little more money than I'd like, but it's honestly still preferable to the alternative.

Govberg is the worst low-baller on the planet. Not to mention dishonest. I would rather take my chances with some random person on a forum than deal with them.dinexus wrote: ↑Fri Feb 15, 2019 2:32 pmThe best are the international tire kickers with zero post count acting like you owe them something.

Govberg low-balls like crazy yet their prices are higher than anyone.

I've had nothing but good interactions on DWC (though not like I'm selling in volume). Problems I have had all originated from WUS. I even had the police involved in a Deepsea sale a few years ago. Crazy story that ended up being okay but it was enlightening to learn the depth of the watch fraud game - it's big.

On WUS I continually get all kinds of questions and the famous will you take this much it's all I can spend and I take a look at the user name and they have 0 posts. I get so many of those with 0 posts WTH!
