New Hamiltons
Re: New Hamiltons
This looks great. I wonder if the dark case will make it wear small.

Smaller? Really small? Wee? Tiny? Lilliputian?

A Blog to Watch is saying that the white dial is exclusive to Toppers.

Re: New Hamiltons
I tend to prefer larger watches and shied away from the 38mm Hamilton for a long time, despite really liking the look of the watch. I broke down and bought it when Rob at Topper extended a sweet deal to DWC at Christmas. Zero regrets, I wear the watch often and think it looks just fine on my 7" wrist. The long-ish lugs certainly do help.
I'd go for the standard stainless steel case if you're concerned that the darker case would make the watch wear smaller. Probably easier to flip if you decide it's not for you (they seem to sell pretty quickly and you won't lose much).

And if Rob offers a similarly sweet deal for the white dial, I'm getting one.

Re: New Hamiltons
Has anyone seen the black case mechanical field offered anywhere other than Hamilton website and Hodinkee?
I’m looking for one and I think it’s odd the black case can only be found for the true MSRP.

I saw that- but I want the black one. Maybe if I see the brown in person I may like it but I’m not sure about it

Yep I saw gnomon too- and they are a little more than msrp.
Just wonder why the black model is like this and none of the other.

Re: New Hamiltons
I'd try calling Rob at Topper and see if he can get you one at below MSRP.
Re: New Hamiltons
Check with Mimo’s too. He is a good guy and always quick to offer a promo code.

I called and he gave me a discount code, I don’t think it’s secret but it’s 20% off - hami20
