I realize I'm in the minority here, but I don't think the submersible style works all that well in the 42mm case size - the 682 I tried on seemed to have odd proportions. A 44mm model would probably be just right.

I tried the 682 and I thought it wore small, and I have a 6.5 inch wrist. The black bezel might make it appear larger visually as it extends the black dial.

I do like this one with the new bezel.

Maybe an early 2020 acquisition for me when some of my stock vests unless i win the lottery before then

Love it. Makes me glad I have not gone back to a 682 after sacrificing it for the Aquanaut early last year.

i kinda dig this, as for the 42mm Sub, its dimensions are perfect in all regards especially if you are small wristed like I.

No official pricing yet but being that it's not Amagnetic like 1389 the price difference between 682 and 683 will not be as much as 1305 and 1389. If I had to guess since 682 is $8700 MSRP then 683 will be ~$9500

Right on! This one marks the spot. Wouldn’t it be cool if they also had a white dial option?

I saw a post that showed exactly that; $9500 MSRP.

My ideal is a thin 44mm submersible.

My ideal is a thin 44mm submersible, made by anyone but Richemont.
