Last one of 2018

Post by bpax » Mon Dec 31, 2018 1:56 pm

...and maybe ever? Nah, who am I kidding.

After saving my pennies all year and painfully selling 4 pieces, I was able to grab a watch I’ve wanted for years. Lots of research led me to go after this one with lug holes and solid end links.

Please excuse the shitty pics. My New Years Resolution is to take better ones.

Have a great New Years Eve, DWC! I’m about to start drinking!

Congratulations!! That is a special watch. Picked up mine this year and it will never leave.

Wear it in good health in 2019 and beyond! Well done.

Great pickup. Ran into a guy today who had on a 16710 with a nice faded coke bezel on a very faded, almost powder blue NATO, and not surprisingly I was trying to figure out how I could acquire one myself.

Fantastic pick up of one of the best watches Rolex has ever made. Mine is at LAWW for service and case refinishing and should be back sometime in February. My bracelet is on its way back from Rolieworks today from its Spa treatment. It’s going to be like brand new soon. Can’t wait to have it back.
