Hey all, Just joined from a buddy on here. I am into race cars and watches as they go together like peanut butter and jelly. Glad to be here. Also like retros and James Bond. Where is the Tag Heuer brand forum?

Welcome Jim.

My first nice watch was a Tag Carrera. I also lusted after a Chrono Carrera for a long time.

Please be advised of the PMs asking for pictures of your generals, especially from Mike Demer, RoverRat and E Hoppy Jr. uncivilized animals.

Welcome Jim. I still have a Carrera Chrono that I love and don’t care what any of you think about that.

What kind of race cars are you into?

Ha, I don't care either, I love them too. I am mostly into the german stuff for racing, nothing really compares. Current race car is an E36 M3 widebody competing in German Touring Series. Is that your car in the pic?

Nice let’s see some pics.

Yes that was our Group A Evo in one of its many configurations that I co drive. We have retired it after too many mechanical issues and now have new Fiesta R5

By the way they love the M3 out here and build them into amazing Tarmac rally cars.

Zack kept saying something about “ruving me rong time” and I thought it was a reference to the length of time we’ve known each other. Needless to say, I kept the photos.

Love that Fiesta! Don't know much about the R5 but I have always loved the Focus RS since the early ones that never came to the states. I too had an Evo that I built about ten years ago, loved that car too. As for the current M3, its really nothing fancy to look at, all the cool stuff you cant see. Here are a few shots.

That’s a really nice clean looking race car. Love the APs. I’m not familiar with the series, what’s the engine, box and suspension spec?

Is that an AIM dash / data logger?
