That was the best TW ever. What a life Mr. Martin has lived, and the stories behind those watches, especially the 7928...wow.

I met Moki during a building dedication ceremony for him on Ford Island, Oahu at SDVT1 in 2003, I believe. The building was for the ASDS, a multi-million dollar effort that eventually burned to the ground (the platform, not the building).. I’m sure you could google it.. Anyway, Really good dude!

Finally got around to watching this. Fascinating. One of the best TW episodes that Hodinkee has done.
