On 7.75" wrist for reference.
Looks great in person. Waiting for the lighter blue to arrive in stock to compare and pick one

You do know it doesn't have a screw down crown, right? :stir:
I do but it doesn't have a diving helmet on it or a rubber dive strap ;) it's also a 100M

Even though I have the older model, I'm really thinking about this one. The disc is an interesting and unobtrusive way to display a second time zone. I'm used to the fourth hand design, but this is nearly as effective and less apt to cause confusion at a quick glance.

The 100 meter rating doesn't bother me. I trust Alpina to make it truly 100 meters resistant which is more than I'll ever need.

The 23mm strap width is a bit challenging, but here are still options even with that oddball size.

It's a great looking watch with JLC Alarm type center disk. Very comfortable on the wrist.

Really torn here due to the Gray market and Alpina. Last time i got totally F'd buying an ALpina from my AD at a good discount only to find them months later at like half price on Joma sites etc. My/Brices/Arts and others AD said this week Alpina has really cleaned up the Gray market but man i don't wanna take a bath again if not really accurate.

Agreed. It's worth it of you keep it a year or so but will lose your shirt if it's a flip.
I gotta see the light blue version to make up my mind.

That's good to hear. They're really much better watches than Gemnation and Jomashop were giving them away for.
The good news is that with AD you obviously get a manufacturer's warranty which is worth something vs. Joma

Keep in mind black Friday sales are coming, with Christmas sales not too far behind.

Being the first to have something new is not worth the price you usual pay imo.
