My 305 and 243 hands would look like that with light reflection and car tint. Me thinks it’s something to that extent.

Yeah, but I thought that was a regular Luminor, not a Submersible. I've seen Submersible models with blue sub-seconds hands (eg. 682) but not the hour/minute hands. But there are so many model variations I could have easily missed some.

Nope that’s the oem crystal though I’ve been thinking about sending it and the STO for a dome sapphire upgrade.
