Citizen Promaster Go Beyond video

Post by AtomicTom » Wed Aug 15, 2018 10:02 am

Guys, was watching TV this past weekend, and saw this short Citizen commercial.
Maybe you have checked it out also, but just in case you haven't, have the video
right here everybody.

Hope all of you enjoy...

Like the vid, glad some brands are still responding to the action sports / adventure demographic. Thanks Tom, don't generally get watch brand adverts' on Brit TV

Two thoughts-

1- I've found myself in Kohl's a few times recently and that blue Promaster mocks me. I know it's gonna end up being too big, and yet I want it

2- when I used to rock climb, the last thing I wanted on my wrist when jamming an arm into a crack in the rock was a watch. As a result, my Citizen Windsurfer (<<yeah, I just dated myself with that) was always in the top pocket of my pack

Erik: Buy that blue promaster and send it to me when you've decided it's too big ;)

I know what you mean about not wearing a watch during some activities, I don't like wearing a watch mountain biking, it's just something else to catch when you crash :)

Not a promaster but my Citizen Blue dial Nighthawk has been one of the best watch purchases I can remember for the price. Comfy too. I think Costco is the only one selling the blue dial version and it's a beautiful blue.

Gotta love Citizen.

I'll keep that under advisement Image Image

Most of my rides these days are with my 8y/o son, so I tend not to crash much lol. My beater Luminox on a NATO is just the ticketImage

Yeah guys, it's funny how in a lot of those activities you are talking about,
I guess a watch can actually get in the way. In the commercial they make
it look like the watches can go anywhere, and do anything. But sometimes
it's maybe better if they don't. :o ..Stay safe you guys. Seriously !

By the way Erik those Windsurfers are really neat, and kind of had, or
have a near G-Shock way about them ! ..Hey, the Luminox rocks too !!! 8-)

Love that Nighthawk as well Eric, and the ridiculously cool blue on it
there ! You can almost see it changing from here !!! Pretty terrific that
it's evidently a special edition for Costco like that also. :excited:
