Enjoying the Amphibia this Monday...
Re: Wruw August 6th
The Explorer to me is the one Watch I could live with forever, it does most things well and is very understated. I call it the invisible Rolex in that no one notices it like the Subs and Datejust.jswing wrote:3 Explorers today? You guys trying to change my mind?? I'm back to my Seiko for today.

It does seem like the perfect watch, I'm not sure why I'm not enamored with mine. I think I just need a dive bezel.depmur wrote:The Explorer to me is the one Watch I could live with forever, it does most things well and is very understated. Never until about a month ago - it's nuts, in the last month I've bought 8 vintages and really fell in love!

I had one for awhile and underwhelmed by it, I much prefer the Explorer.

Matter of taste or opinion of course. But visually the sub has more going on and the explorer seems more bland to me. But I mentioned the Sub because the interested party here said he needs a bezeldepmur wrote:Jeep99dad wrote:Get a subjswing wrote:It does seem like the perfect watch, I'm not sure why I'm not enamored with mine. Re: Wruw August 6th
Brice I love the SubC, should have never sold mine. Problem is they cost so much more now than when I sold mine, I can't quite wrap my head around paying $7500 now when I sold mine for under $6000. I'm going to get the BB58 once available to replace the Explorer once it sells.Jeep99dad wrote: ↑Mon Aug 06, 2018 4:19 pmGet a subjswing wrote:It does seem like the perfect watch, I'm not sure why I'm not enamored with mine.
